At Zapnet India, our goal is to deliver your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping coverage.
All orders are processed and packed within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is fulfilled, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability. We may not offer deliveries to certain locations without notice. In such cases, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to be notified of the same, and any refunds or customer pickups, initiated, as applicable.

Once your order is dispatched:
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS
You can follow the live status of your shipment on the respective courier website
If your tracking details do not appear within 24–48 hours, please contact us.
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

If your location is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.
If the package arrives visibly damaged:
Take clear photos and videos of the product and packaging
Contact us immediately within 24 hours
Email us at support@zapnet.in with your order number
Our team will assess and assist with a replacement or resolution.
Zapnet India is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Courier operational issues
Natural disasters or weather conditions
Political unrest or strikes
Pandemic-related restrictions
