At Zapnet India, our goal is to deliver your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping coverage.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once the order is fulfilled, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Timeframes

We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

📍 Chennai (Local Deliveries)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

📦 Rest of India

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on location and courier availability. We may not offer deliveries to certain locations without notice. In such cases, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to be notified of the same, and any refunds or customer pickups, initiated, as applicable.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to:

  • Courier service constraints

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand periods or festival seasons

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • Zapnet India may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

  • You can follow the live status of your shipment on the respective courier website

If your tracking details do not appear within 24–48 hours, please contact us.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.


6. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India

  • Serviceable pin codes as covered by our courier partners

If your location is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.


7. Damaged Packages

If the package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos and videos of the product and packaging

  2. Contact us immediately within 24 hours

  3. Email us at support@zapnet.in with your order number

Our team will assess and assist with a replacement or resolution.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Zapnet India is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Political unrest or strikes

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delays.
