Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:
To qualify:
You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories
We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
❌ Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
❌ Incorrect product ordered by customer
❌ Product used, altered, or damaged after delivery
❌ Software/OS issues that can be resolved by updates
❌ Performance variation due to improper handling
❌ Issues arising after the 7-day window
❌ Refurbished products that match the description but show expected cosmetic wear
To initiate a return due to damage or malfunction:
Email support@zapnet.in within 7 days
Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue
Include your Order Number and contact details
Our team will evaluate the claim and respond within 48–72 hours.
Approval is solely at the discretion of Zapnet India management after verifying:
The reported issue
The condition of the product
Proof (photos/videos)
Original packaging
If approved:
A replacement unit will be sent (subject to stock availability), OR
A refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
If the product was delivered damaged or defective, Zapnet covers the return shipping cost.
If the product is returned without approval or does not meet eligibility criteria, it may be rejected.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
