Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy — Zapnet India (zapnet.in)

We always strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth buying experience. This policy outlines conditions under which returns or replacements may be requested.


1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

Product is damaged upon delivery

Product is defective or malfunctional upon arrival

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories


2. Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:

❌ Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
❌ Incorrect product ordered by customer
❌ Product used, altered, or damaged after delivery
❌ Software/OS issues that can be resolved by updates
❌ Performance variation due to improper handling
❌ Issues arising after the 7-day window
❌ Refurbished products that match the description but show expected cosmetic wear


3. Return Claim Process

To initiate a return due to damage or malfunction:

  1. Email support@zapnet.in within 7 days

  2. Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Include your Order Number and contact details

Our team will evaluate the claim and respond within 48–72 hours.


4. Replacement / Refund Approval

Approval is solely at the discretion of Zapnet India management after verifying:

  • The reported issue

  • The condition of the product

  • Proof (photos/videos)

  • Original packaging

If approved:

  • A replacement unit will be sent (subject to stock availability), OR

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the product was delivered damaged or defective, Zapnet covers the return shipping cost.

  • If the product is returned without approval or does not meet eligibility criteria, it may be rejected.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
